LIFE AT THE
CONGREGATION
Fellowship is a very active church with a Wednesday Morning Community Coffee Hour from 10 to 11am.
A Spring and Fall Bazaar is held annually. Everyone works together on a Bake Table, serving lunch from the kitchen and various other tables. At Christmas we celebrate the season with a turkey dinner followed by entertainment and a carol sing. There is a gathering of the women for a Christmas Potluck luncheon and gift exchange.
We are always delighted when new people volunteer to help with our events.
Groups and Activities
Women's Missionary Society
A community of Christians whose purpose is to encourage one another and all the people of the church to be involved in local and world mission through prayer, study, service and fellowship. We meet six times a year and all funds raised go directly to mission work both at home and internationally.
Women’s Association
This is a group of ladies who work diligently planning Fund Raising events for the church. They meet on the third Tuesday of the month. All the money raised goes to the church and/or Outreach into the community.
Sunday School
The Sunday School at Fellowship Church offers Christian Education for Toddlers to Teens in a colourful setting using Audio Visuals, Bible-based Lessons, Crafts, Skits, Music, Demonstrations, Activity Sheets, Snacks and Take-Home Papers to help the Scriptures come Alive. Join us Sundays at 10:30am all year round and bring a friend!
Church Choir
Made up of people who love to sing and are very inclusive to anyone wishing to join. We are fortunate to have Jacqueline Mokrzewski as our music director. We practice on Thursdays at 7:30pm. The choir sings at every Sunday Worship service. Twice a year, in the Christmas season and on Palm Sunday, we present a Cantata. Music is both traditional and contemporary. We always welcome new members.
